Team Charter
The team shall be run by the captains. The day to day business of the team will be decided by the captains by majority vote. The decisions defined in day to day activities shall be practice times and places, line makeup, sponsor agreements, and distribution of team monies.
The team will vote at the beginning of the year as a group what lines will participate in what tournaments. The decisions will be made by a two thirds vote, but can be overridden by a unanimous vote of the captains.
Winnings by the team at tournaments must be used on paintball related items for the persons on the team, or the team itself. The line that wins the prize will decide what the winnings will go to by majority vote of that line.
Team members are required to make three fifths of the team’s mandatory functions during the year. Team functions will include practices, tournaments and work days starting from the beginning of February to the last tournament in November.
Rookie lines are expected to make 2 practices a month and a work day or they will be cut.
Any lines above rookie will be expected to make 3 events and a work day a month or be cut.
Team members are required to post on the message board if they are coming to practice that week by thursday night. If team members miss posting three times they will be cut from the team.
Team members may choose to not be part of the sponsorship agreement for the home field and instead pay on a week to week basis. The benefit is that they will not be required to participate in the team work days and big games.
Any problems with any other team member should be brought either to that team member or the captains to mediate the problem. Problems should never be aired publicly.
Captains will remain captains unless the team has a two thirds vote to strip the team member of his captainship. The two thirds vote must include both other captains. The captain must be told that his position is under review a month before the vote, and be given specific reasons as to why the team is considering stripping him.

A team member may also be suspended from play at practice and/ or tournaments. The team member will still be required to make practices and tournaments to help set up, clean up, ref, and fill pods as well as other duties.
